- The Styled Things offers free shipping Australia-wide for customers who purchase over $150 worth of products in one transaction. Orders under $150 will incur a shipping charge of $15, which will be automatically applied at checkout.
- The Styled Things deliver within Australia only. Orders are shipped using Australia Post Express Post; your little parcel of goodies will arrive between 1-3 business days after your receive your tracking number. Please allow additional time for locations outside of metropolitan areas and up to 7 days for delivery to Western Australia. You will be required to sign for delivery. The Styled Things recommend providing a daytime address where someone will be available to sign between 9am-5pm.
- All orders received before 12pm AEST will be processed and shipped the same day, while afternoon orders will be processed the following morning. Please note orders will only be processed on business days (Monday-Friday).
- Please ensure that the postal address provided at checkout is your correct address, as we take no responsibility if you do not receive your item due to providing us with an incorrect address.
- Once your parcels have left The Styled Things they are then property of Australia Post. The Styled Things is legally not responsible for lost or damaged goods. However if your parcel does not reach you within our delivery time, we will do all we can to track and find your parcel for you. - Any delivery date or time specified by us is a best estimate only and The Styled Things will not be liable for any loss or damage suffered by you, whether through any reasonable or unavoidable delay in delivery, or otherwise.
TRACKING YOUR ORDER
Once your goods have been dispatched you will receive an email with a tracking number (please check your spam/junk folder for your email in case it is treated as such). Please note your order can take a few hours to become available for tracking after you receive this number. If you are unable to locate the tracking number in your dispatched email notification you are welcome to contact us at email@example.com
. We can then provide to you the tracking number.
